That’s right! Tammy did a live cooking demonstration of her Chefs Row recipe, Bottle Gourd Stir-fry. Tammy was selected as 1 of 1o top chefs to share how to use garden-fresh ingredients in recipes at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum this summer. It was such a hit that she returned to the Arboretum on Saturday, August 21 to do a live demonstration on KARE 11 News Saturday with Belinda Jensen.
Tammy will return to the Minneapolis Farmers Market on Saturday, August 14.
She will be sharing a dish using a vegetable called ‘Bottle Gourd’. Stop in and watch her demonstrate how to prepare this recipe and get a taste after it’s done.
